How to steam tofu with eggs

1.Cut the braised soft tofu you bought into small pieces.

2. Blanch it in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove the water and put it into a bowl.

3. Prepare slow-produced fresh eggs from a farm and knock two eggs into a bowl.

4.Add a little salt and use chopsticks to beat the egg liquid evenly.

5.Add 1.5 times the warm water and stir while adding.Two eggs are 100 grams, and the amount of water is 150 grams.

6.Use a spoon to skim off the air bubbles on the egg liquid.

7.Pour the beaten egg liquid into the blanched soft tofu.(If the egg liquid is beaten evenly, there is no need to sieve it.Otherwise, you can sieve it to make the egg liquid more delicate)

8.After the steamer is filled with water and brought to a boil, put the steaming bowl into the steamer and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and steam for 15 minutes.(The steaming bowl can be covered with a plate or plastic wrap)

9. Take out the pot and pour in the fragrance Vinegar sesame oil and light soy sauce.

10. A smooth and tender egg steamed tofu is ready!
Tips
The eggs must be beaten evenly, add 1.5 times the amount of warm water to the egg liquid, and stir while adding.After it is done, you can sift it to make the egg liquid more delicate.
Add balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce to the steamed egg custard according to your personal taste!
