Ingredients
Tofu ( 150g ) | Black bean sprouts ( 80g span> ) |
Ham sausage ( 1 piece ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Water ( 700g ) |
How to make black bean sprouts and tofu soup

1.Prepare tofu, bean sprouts and ham sausage

2.First put the bean sprouts, Remove the old roots

3.Pick off the bean sprouts from the old roots, add light salt water, and soak in medium 15 minutes

4.Soaked black bean sprouts, rinse, drain and set aside
