Egg ( 2 pieces ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( Appropriate amount ) |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) | Table salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Ginger powder ( 1 spoon ) | Green onion Ginger cooking wine ( Adequate amount ) |
White pepper ( 1 spoon ) | Cornstarch ( 1 spoon ) |
Clean water ( appropriate amount ) | Chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fish head and tofu soup

1.Clean and chop a male fish head into pieces.

2.Add salt, ginger powder, white pepper powder, onion ginger cooking wine, and ginger slices, Marinate cornstarch for a while.

3. Cut some onions, ginger and garlic and set aside.

4. Heat oil in a pot and fry two eggs.

5.Add the marinated fish head and fry slowly over low heat.

6.Add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

7.Add appropriate amount of water.

8.Add tofu and simmer over low heat.

9.Add a little salt and pepper to taste.

10.Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips
