How to make longan, millet and pumpkin soup (replenishing qi and blood)

1. Prepare the ingredients.Pumpkin, millet, longan.

2. Wash the millet and set aside.

3. Peel the skin of longan, wash and set aside.

4. Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces.

Tips
The amount I made is two cups, 700-800ml.for reference!
