How to make Carrot, Yam and Spare Ribs Soup

1.Chop the purchased ribs into small pieces and soak them in water for half an hour to remove the blood.

2. Then put the ribs into a cold water pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

3. Skim the surface foam.

4. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

5.Cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger.

6.Put the blanched pork ribs into the rice cooker, and add the green onions and ginger piece.

7.Add appropriate amount of water.(The amount of water can be added according to personal needs)

8.Press the soup button for two hours.

9. Peel and wash the yam and carrot.
