Ingredients
Eggs ( 2 ) | Shrimp ( 12 pieces ) |
Enoki mushrooms ( 50g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 5 pieces ) |
Mushroom ( 20g ) | Mushroom ( 20g ) |
Ham ( 1 root ) | Cooking wine ( 10g ) |
green onions ( 5 grams ) | Ginger ( 3 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Chicken juice ( 10g ) |
Salt ( 3 grams ) |

1. Marinate shrimp + 10g cooking wine for ten minutes

2. Add oil to the pan, pour in the egg liquid and fry until it is set, remove and shred
