Ingredients
Caixin leaves (appropriate amount) | Tofu ( 100g ) |
Shopee ( a little ) | Salt ( a little ) |
MSG ( a little ) | Ginger Silk ( a little ) |
How to make Choy Sum and Tofu Soup

1. Cut off the washed cabbage leaves, stir-fry the stems (see the previous recipe), and use the leaves for soup.

2.The cut leaves are just enough to make a bowl of soup.

3.Put water into the wok and bring to a boil, add tofu slices and shredded ginger.

4.Add the cabbage leaves and press them into the soup with a frying spoon.

5.Put in appropriate amount of shrimp skin.

6.Put in salt.

7. Add MSG and cook until the flavor is absorbed.

8.Finished product.
Tips
The tofu should be cooked through and the vegetable leaves should be cooked to your preferred degree of maturity.
