How to make cabbage, clams and tofu soup

1.Cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Add appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of oil to white clams, stir and spit out sand.Leave for one hour.

3.Wash the cabbage.

4.Cut the larger leaves into two sections.

5. Slice onion and ginger.

6. After the oil in the pot is hot, add the onion and ginger and saute until fragrant.

7.Add appropriate amount of water.

8.Put in the tofu.

9. Shake the white clams a few times and wash them with water.

10.After the soup is boiled, add the clams.

11. Wait until all the clams open their mouths.

12.Put in the cabbage.

13. When the cabbage becomes soft, add salt, pepper, chicken essence and sesame oil to taste.

14.Put it in a soup bowl.
Tips
Add salt and oil to the white clams, soak them and shake them for a few times to make the sand spitting effect better.
