How to make lotus root, corn and pork ribs soup

1.Chop the purchased ribs into small pieces and soak them in water for half an hour.Remove blood.

2. Put the soaked ribs into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil, add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

3. Skim off the foam, transfer to a plate and set aside.

4. Prepare the green onions and ginger slices.

5.Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into hob pieces.

6. Cut corn into segments.
