Ingredients
Beibei Pumpkin ( 1 ) | Mushroom ( 5 ) |
Toast bread ( 1 piece ) | Thyme ( 1 stick ) |
Water ( 1 bowl ) | Low-fat milk ( appropriate amount ) |
| Salt ( Adequate ) | Olive oil ( A small amount ) |
Mushroom Pumpkin Soup Recipe

1. Prepare a small pumpkin,

2.Wash and cut, steam in a pot,
4.Add a sprig of thyme and stir-fry to bring out the flavor,
5.Add salt to taste, stir-fry to remove the water and serve,

6.Cooked Mash the pumpkin into puree,

7.Put it into the homogenizer, add an appropriate amount of low-fat milk,
