Ingredients
Fish head (one) | Tofu ( 200g ) |
Shredded ginger ( appropriate amount ) | chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( a spoonful ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fish head and tofu soup

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2.Wash the fish head and pour a spoonful of cooking wine.

3.Add a little salt and scratch it to remove the fishy smell.

4. Cut the tofu into cubes and soak in water for ten minutes.

5.Put oil in the pot, heat it up and fry the fish head over low heat.

6. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

7.Turn on high heat and pour in enough boiling water.

8.Add ginger shreds.

9. After the water boils, turn to low heat and simmer for twenty minutes.

10. When the soup turns milky white, add tofu and stir gently, then simmer ten minutes.

11.Add salt to taste.

12.Sprinkle in chopped green onion before serving.
