Ingredients
Lamb chops or mutton bone ( piece ) | White radish (One) |
Geranium leaves ( 2 pieces ) | Aniseed ( 2 pcs ) |
Green garlic sprouts ( 1 root ) | Cilantro ( 2 roots ) |
Chili oil ( Adequate amount (don’t use it if you don’t like it) ) | Vinegar ( An appropriate amount (don’t add it if you don’t like it) ) |
Onion and ginger segments (appropriate amount) | Dried Sichuan peppercorns ( appropriate amount ) |
Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) | White pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence (appropriate amount) |
How to make radish and mutton soup

1.Drain the mutton chops or mutton cavity bones and wash them with running water and set aside

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger

3.Add appropriate amount of water and pepper

4. Boil water and add mutton

5.Add bay leaves, star anise, cooking wine, and turn to low heat for about 2 and a half hours until the soup turns white

6.Peel and slice the radish, cut the garlic sprouts and coriander into sections and set aside

7. Add radish slices to the soup pot and cook on low heat for about half an hour

8.Add salt and appropriate amount of white pepper before serving

9.Pick out fragrant leaves, star anise, ginger and green onion

10. Cooked Pour the soup into a bowl and sprinkle with appropriate amount of garlic sprouts and coriander, then add a little chili oil and vinegar, and you have a bowl of fragrant and hot mutton soup.(If you don’t like spicy food and vinegar, you can leave it out)
