Japanese tofu ( 1 item ) | Salt ( a little ) |

How to make tomato and enoki mushroom tofu soup

1. Prepare the required materials, cut tofu and tomatoes into cubes , remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and cut them into two sections

2.Put a little oil in the pot and add Japanese tofu.Fry until golden brown on both sides

3.Add tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat until tomatoes become soft

4.Add enoki mushrooms, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 2 minutes

5.Add appropriate amount of salt and white sugar to the pot and simmer again for 3 to 5 minutes
