Grass carp fillet ( 100g ) | Green vegetables ( 50 grams ) |
Water-cured fungus ( 50g ) | Ginger slices ( 2 pieces ) |

How to make vegetable and fish slice soup

1.Clean and wash the grass carp, remove the fish and cut into thin slices

2.Add starch and cooking wine , egg white, mix well, and marinate for more than 10 minutes

3.Pick and wash the vegetables and fungus.Drain and set aside

4. Prepare ginger slices, green onion segments, and chopped green onion

5.Wash the wolfberries, drain and set aside
6. Boil appropriate amount of water in a pot, add green onions, ginger slices and salt
7.Add green vegetables, fungus, and lard, mix well and bring to a boil

8.Add the fish fillets slowly, preferably shake them up before adding them to the pot
