How to make shrimp and tofu soup

1.Prepare the required materials

2.Peel the shrimps and marinate them with salt, light soy sauce and ginger slices for fifteen minutes

3.Cut the tofu into chunks

4. Heat the oil in the pot, add the shrimp and stir-fry , stir-fry for a while and add edamame

5.Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil
