Ingredients
Fresh shrimp ( 15 pieces ) | Tomatoes ( 2 ) |
Tofu ( 1 box ) | White jade mushroom ( appropriate amount ) |
Onion and ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine (a little) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | White sugar ( A little ) |
Pepper ( A little ) |
How to make tomato, shrimp and tofu soup

1. Wash the fresh shrimps, peel off the shells and leave a tail section, the shrimp head remains.

2.Wash the tomatoes, peel them and cut into cubes.

3. Cut the white jade mushroom into small pieces.

4. Chop the onion and ginger and set aside.

5. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

6. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it up.

7. Add the shrimp heads and stir-fry to get the shrimp oil.

8. After frying the shrimp oil, add the green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

9.Add in diced tomatoes and stir-fry until juice comes out.

10.Add appropriate amount of water.

11. Add the white jade mushroom and bring to a boil.

12.After the water in the pot boils, pick out the shrimp heads and discard them.

13.After picking out the shrimp heads, add the tofu and shrimp and boil for another minute.That’s it.

14.Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, a little sugar and pepper to taste before serving..
