Shrimp: Protect liver, enhance immunity, delay aging
Ingredients
Sea cucumber (soaked) ( 8 pieces ) | Shrimp(8 pieces) |
Clam( 10 capsules ) | Pork skin ( one piece ) |
Ham slices ( 2 slices ) | Egg tofu ( 2 packs ) |
Salad oil ( 50g ) | Chicken essence ( Appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Cilantro ( 2 roots ) |
How to make sea cucumber, shrimp, clam and meat skin soup

1. Sea cucumbers, clams, prawns, ham slices, pork skin, eggs and tofu, wash and set aside.

2.Cut sea cucumbers into dices, dice the skin into dices, and dice ham slices.

3.Put oil in the pot first, shrimp and clams, stir-fry over high heat.

4. Stir-fry and set aside.

5.Put oil in the pot, first add diced ham, diced sea cucumber and diced pork skin , stir-fry in sequence.

6.Put in water (soup is better), remove the ingredients, and bring to a boil over high heat., cook for another 5 minutes.

7. Add shrimp and clams.

8. Add the eggs and tofu and bring to a boil over high heat.

9.Place on a plate and sprinkle with coriander.
