Ingredients
Eggs ( 2 ) | Warm water ( Equivalent to eggs ) |
Okra ( 2 roots ) | Steamed fish soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Purified water ( 1 scoop ) | Sesame oil ( a little ) |
How to make steamed okra eggs

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Blanch the okra.

3.Cut into slices and set aside.

4. Crack the eggs into the bowl.

5. Beat evenly.

6. Prepare an equal amount of warm water.

7. Beat evenly.

8.Filter out the bubbles.

9.Place into steaming bowl.

10.Add okra.

11.Cover with plastic wrap.Poke some small holes with a toothpick.Steam over high heat for 5 to 8 minutes.

12. During the steaming process, prepare an empty bowl and add a spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce.Mix equal amounts of purified water and 3 drops of sesame oil to make a sauce, stir evenly and set aside.

13. Take the steamed eggs out of the pot.

14. Pour the sauce on it and serve.
