Winter melon ( 400g ) | Tofu ( 240g ) |
Shopee ( 20g ) | Wolfberry ( a little ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Stock ( 1 bowl ) |
Ginger slices ( 2 slices ) | chopped green onion ( a little ) |
How to make winter melon and tofu soup

1. Wash the tofu and cut it into small pieces

2.Peel and wash the winter melon and cut it into pieces the same size as tofu

3.Prepare the soup stock

4.Wash the dried shrimps and wolfberries, drain and set aside

5. Prepare ginger slices and chopped green onion

6.Pour a little water into the pot

7.Add the stock and bring to a boil

8.Add winter melon, tofu and ginger slices, bring to a boil and continue cooking for about 15 minutes

10. Add dried shrimps, mix well and bring to a boil
