Ingredients
Pork ribs (Moderate amount) | Chicken feet ( 3 ) |
Bitter melon ( Half ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
White sugar ( appropriate amount ) | MSG (appropriate amount) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) |

1. Wash and prepare the ingredients and set aside

2. Put chicken feet and pork ribs in a pot under cold water, add a few slices of ginger, rice wine, and remove the foam after the water boils

3.Drain and set aside

4.Transfer to the stock pot and continue cooking
