Ingredients
Eggs ( Three ) | Minced meat ( 100g ) |
Onions ( Two stalks ) | Ginger ( Two slices ) |
Garlic ( Two cloves ) | Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( Ten grains ) |
Salt ( half spoon ) | Chicken essence ( Half spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Vinegar ( One spoon ) |
Cilantro ( One ) |
How to make steamed eggs with minced meat

1. First chop the meat into minced meat and set aside

2. Mince onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

3.Crack three eggs into the bowl, do not throw away the eggshells

4.One Add the water from three egg shells to the water from nine egg shells

5.Stir up permanent filter Strain it into the plate of stewed eggs and skim off the foam

6. Seal with plastic wrap , use a toothpick to poke some small holes on it (I ran out of plastic wrap at home, so I found a tin foil cover, which is a bit ineffective), then steam it in boiling water, and it will be ready in seven or eight minutes.

10.Add light soy vinegar, stir-fry and then pour in the prepared starch water

11. Stir-fry until it becomes sticky and bubbles appear, then use low heat

12.Pour on the steamed stewed eggs, sprinkle with coriander foam, and it’s done

The steamed eggs must be sealed and steamed to make them tender
