How to make soybean, lotus root and pork ribs soup

1.Soak the soybeans in advance.

2. Wash the lotus root, peel it and cut it into small pieces.

3. Slice the ginger and wash the red dates.

4. Wash the ribs and blanch them in cold water.

5. Remove the blanched ribs and rinse them thoroughly.

6. Drain the cleaned ribs and put them into the pressure cooker.

7.Put the lotus root, soybeans, red dates, wolfberry and ginger slices into the pot.

8.Add appropriate amount of water and cooking wine.

9. Cover the lid and cook over high heat until it reaches steam, then turn to low heat and cook for another 20 minutes..
