How to make loofah, preserved egg and tofu soup
1.Peel the loofah and cut into pieces

2.Cut into square pieces

3.Cut the preserved eggs into small pieces

Tips
Pour a small amount of oil into the wok.Heat over high heat until it is 80% hot.Add the loofah and stir-fry.When the loofah becomes soft, add water, salt and mix well.Then add the preserved eggs and tofu, heat until it boils, then turn down the heat and cook for about 2 minutes.Add a small amount of chicken essence and black pepper to taste.Stir well and turn off the heat.
