Ingredients
Clam ( 250g ) | Tofu ( 150g ) |
Onions ( Moderate amount ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( a little ) |
How to make clam tofu soup

1.After cleaning the clams, I soaked them in salt water for two nights and one day (in order to make the clams spit out the sediment, the salt water needs to be replaced.)

2. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside

3.Put water into the pot and bring to a boil

4.Add tofu and ginger slices

5.Add the clams

6.Add a little salt and continue to cook over high heat until the water boils

7. Take the pot out of the pot and put it into a bowl, add the chopped green onion and enjoy deliciously
