Crucian carp ( 1 ) | Winter melon ( 200 grams ) |
Oil ( 20 grams ) | Salt ( 4 grams ) |
Ginger ( 3 grams ) | Cooking wine ( 20g ) |
Boiled water ( 800g ) | Chopped green onion ( 2g ) |
How to make crucian carp and winter melon soup

1.First peel the winter melon and scoop out the pulp

2.Wash the winter melon, cut into 3 mm slices, and set aside

4. Spread 1 gram of salt on the surface of the crucian carp and marinate for 10 minutes
5. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices

6.Saute the ginger slices until fragrant and add the crucian carp

7. Turn on medium-low heat and fry until both sides of the crucian carp are golden brown.

8.Put the cooking wine into the crucian carp

9.Put the boiling water in too

10.Cook over high heat until the soup is milky white

11. Put the winter melon slices into the soup

12.Put the salt into the soup as well p>

13. Stir evenly and cook over high heat for 2 minutes

14.When the time is up, pour the soup into a bowl

15.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

3.Scrape the scales of crucian carp, remove the internal organs and clean them
