Peppercorns ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) |
Chicken Essence ( Adequate amount ) | Pickled pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
Garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make yellow bone fish tofu soup

1.Wash all the yellow bone fish

2.Cut the tofu into small pieces and set aside

3.Peppercorns for later use

4. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, and fry yellow-bone fish until slightly yellow

5.Put water in the soup pot, add tofu, pickled peppers, and peppercorns and bring to a boil.Pour the fried yellow-bone fish into the soup pot and cook over medium heat for twenty minutes
