Bitter melon and soybeans How to make pork ribs soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2.Soak the soybeans in cold water for half an hour.

3. Soak the ribs in cold water for twenty minutes to remove the blood.

4. Cut off the head and tail of the bitter melon and cut into circles.Remove the scoop and seeds.

5. Wash the cut bitter melon with clean water and put it on a plate for later use.

6. Pour away the water in which the soybeans are soaked and wash them twice with clean water.

7. Pour away the water in which the ribs were soaked and wash them three times with clean water.

9.After forty minutes, open the lid.Add a spoonful of salt and stir evenly with a spoon.

Tips
Bitter melon is cold in nature, so those with weak spleen and stomach should drink this soup in moderation.Or you can add a few slices of ginger to make soup.If you don’t have an electric pressure cooker or pressure cooker at home, the soybeans need to be soaked for a longer time.
