Ingredients
Silk-bone chicken ( half ) | Cordyceps flower ( appropriate amount span> ) |
Wolfberry ( A handful ) div> | Jujube ( 3 pcs ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger ( 3 pieces ) |
How to make Cordyceps and black-bone chicken soup

1.Buy black-bone chicken in the supermarket and ask the clerk to help chop it.Go home and wash it off, and remove any chicken feathers that haven't been cleaned yet.Boil water and set aside.

2.After the water is boiled, blanch the chicken.
