Wolfberry leaves: improve eyesight

Ingredients
Water ( One and a half spoons ) | Lean meat ( 2 taels ) |
Wolfberry leaves ( 4 taels ) | Salt ( Two spoons ) |
Peanut oil ( a little ) |
How to make lean meat and wolfberry leaf soup

1. Wash the wolfberry leaves several times, at least three times.

2.Wash the lean meat, drain the water, slice it into slices and salt it for a while

3.Put a spoon and a half of water into the pot, cover with the lid and bring to a boil

4. Boil boiling water and pour in peanut oil

5.Pour in the wolfberry leaves

6.Pour in lean meat

7. Mix evenly, cover the lid, and just bring it to a boil

8.Add two spoons of salt , just flip it
Tips
Don’t cook wolfberry leaves for too long, as they will turn yellow.Close the lid and open the lid as soon as the air is released, then turn off the heat
