Round eggplant: low protein
Ingredients
Round eggplant ( 1 piece ) | Mushroom hot sauce ( Liangcha Spoon ) |
Pork mince ( 150g ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two teaspoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 teaspoon ) |
White sugar ( 1 teaspoon ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Stewed eggplant with minced meat Recipe

1. Cut the eggplant into strips and sprinkle some salt on it Marinate for half an hour and the soup will come out!

2.Pour away the pickled soup and squeeze the eggplant dry with your hands!

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add minced meat Fry until white!

4.Pour in the mushroom hot sauce!

5. Stir well and pour in some dark soy sauce!

6. Add the eggplant and continue stir-frying!

Tips
Marinate the eggplant to remove the moisture, so it won't be watery when cooked.If you don't have mushroom sauce, you can use Laoganma sauce.If you don't like it spicy, you can leave it out!
