How to make vegetarian soup

1.Tomato dicing

2.Coprinus comatus and some mushrooms whose names I have forgotten

3. Dice carrots

4. Add some oil to the tomatoes and fry them to produce tomato juice

5.Add carrots and fry for a few minutes

6.Add Coprinus comatus and stir-fry for a few times, add water, then add pepper

7.Add water and cook for 10 minutes, then add some other mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes

8.Add seasoning and serve.This is a refreshing vegetarian soup
Tips
You don’t need to cook the vegetarian soup for too long.Stir fry and boil the soup for up to half an hour.If it takes too long, it will become thick soup
