Soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Water ( 1 bowl ) |
How to make Enoki Mushroom and Tofu Soup

1.Tofu first Soak in water

2.Cut into small pieces

3. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the tofu until 2 sides are golden brown, set aside

4. Add 1 tablespoon each of salt, starch, soy sauce and water to the pork, chop into pieces and set aside
