1.Wash the ribs and put them in clean water Add cooking wine and bring to a boil over high heat for 2 minutes, then remove and rinse the blood foam with running water

2. Bring a new pot of water to a boil, add kelp knots and cook for 2-3 minutes to remove the mucus on the surface

3.Cut kelp, pork ribs, and ginger slices and put them on a plate for later use

5.Add salt, cover and simmer for 10 minutes

Tips
