Ingredients
Tofu ( 1 small piece ) | Black fungus ( 4 pieces ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) | Chives ( 1 root ) |
How to make fungus and tofu soup

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Soak the fungus in advance and tear it into small pieces.Wash the tofu with clean water in advance and wash the green onion.

2. Cut the tofu into cubes, tear the fungus into small pieces, and chop green onion.

3. Heat the oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

4.Add fungus and tofu and stir-fry evenly.

5.Add appropriate amount of boiling water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Tips
Be gentle when stir-frying the tofu.Soak the tofu in plenty of water in advance and change the water several times in between.
