Ingredients

Cornstarch ( half a tablespoon ) | Ginger ( 1 small piece ) |

How to make tomato fish fillet soup

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Wash the herring, tomatoes, green onions and ginger and make tomato sauce.

2. Cut the fish into fillets.

3. Add cooking wine, cornstarch, and a little salt to the fish fillets.

4. Mix well and marinate for a quarter of an hour.

5.Cut green onion and ginger.

6. Score a cross on the surface of the tomato.

7. Boil the water in the pot, add the tomatoes and blanch them for 1 minute.

8. Remove and tear off the skin.

9.Cut into small pieces.

10. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and saute until fragrant.

11.Add tomato cubes and saute until fragrant.

12. Add tomato sauce and stir-fry until thickened.

13. Pour in clean water (boiling water) and bring to a boil.

Tips
1.Slice the fish in advance.After the soup is boiled, use chopsticks to hold the fish slices one by one.Wait for half a minute for the fish to be hot and slurryed, then gently push it with a spatula a few times so that the soup is clear and not mushy.2.If you like it to be more delicious, you can add a little pepper when marinating the fish fillets, and a little MSG or chicken essence when cooking (it is lighter for children).3.You can omit tomato sauce according to personal taste.
