How to make lotus root and pork bone soup

1.Materials lotus root, pork bone, red dates, ginger

2.Pork bones blanched in water (flying water)
3.Clean the pork bones in cold water
4.Peel the red dates (the pits of the red dates are not so easy to heat up), slice the ginger

5.Peel and cut lotus root into sections

6.Put all the materials into the purple clay pot , add appropriate amount of water

7.Purple clay pot is adjusted to "Soup/Porridge" and boiled until 1 -2 hours, add salt before drinking

Tips
1.When making lotus root soup, do not use iron pots or ironware to avoid blackening.You can choose ceramic or aluminum pots.
