Crucian carp: harmonizes the stomach
Ingredients
Crucian carp (1) | Water tofu (Several ) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking oil (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Clean the crucian carp and drain the water.Cut the water tofu into small cubes and set aside

2.Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and put it in when the oil is hot.Add crucian carp and fry until golden brown on both sides

3. After frying the fish, add water and appropriate amount of ginger slices , the amount of white wine (or cooking wine) is enough to soak the fish body.After boiling over high heat, turn to medium to low heat and make a white soup

4.After the soup becomes white, add the cut water tofu, cook for about 5 minutes, and add an appropriate amount of salt

5.Sprinkle a few wolfberries, or add your favorite chives, coriander, and the fish soup is ready!
Tips
Don't turn the fish frequently when frying to avoid the fish skin sticking to the pan.
