How to make peanut pig's feet soup

1.Wash the peanuts and soak them in water for later use.

2.Two front pig feet with tendons.

3. Wash the pig's feet and chop them into pieces.

4.Put water in the pot and blanch the pig's feet.

5. Prepare onions and ginger, and wash the blanched pig's feet.

6. Heat the pot, add lard, and sauté the onions and ginger until fragrant.

7. Put the pig's feet into the pot and stir-fry them together to create the flavor.

8.Put in boiling water and bring to a boil over high heat, remove the green onions, add peanuts and cooking wine.

9. Turn the pressure cooker to low heat and simmer for about half an hour.

Tips
Adding some lard when cooking soup will make the soup whiter.
