How to make red bean and barley water

1. Note that it is adzuki beans, not red beans, as shown below.

2.Wash adzuki beans and barley and set aside

3. Bring the pot to a boil, pour the washed adzuki beans and barley into the pot, and stir-fry over medium-low heat

4. Stir-fry the water until it is dry, adjust the heat to low and continue to stir-fry

5. Stir-fry the adzuki beans until they look like this (blackish)
6.Pour into the pot and simmer for 40 minutes

7.40 It will look like this after a few minutes

8.Fill the cup and start drinking
Tips
Be careful to stir-fry over low heat, do not Overcooked.
