Eggs ( two ) | Ham sausage ( One piece ) |
Salt ( Less ) | Minced green onion ( a little ) |
Avocado oil ( a little ) |
How to make scallion, ham and egg custard

1.Take two eggs and beat them into a bowl.

2. Beat the eggs with chopsticks and add twice as much water.

3. Skim off the foam.

4.Add ham, leave one third of it, and steam it in a cold water pot for eight minutes.

5. After steaming for eight minutes, add the remaining ham, sprinkle with chopped green onion and steam for about ten minutes Turn off the heat.

6.After taking it out of the pot, add light soy sauce and avocado oil.(According to your own taste or add sesame oil, I added avocado oil for my baby)
