How to make old hen soup

1.Soak half an old hen in blood, wash and chop into pieces.The chicken legs are not chopped (I like to eat the whole chicken legs)

2. Red dates, Codonopsis pilosula and wolfberry are ready

3.Codonopsis pilosula needs to be soaked in advance water for an hour
