How to make loofah and egg soup

1.Main ingredients.

2.Peel and slice the garlic and then cut into strips.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt and beat evenly.

4.Peel the skin off the loofah.

5. Cut into hobs.

6. Heat the pan and add oil.

7. Heat the oil to about 30% heat, stir-fry the garlic over low heat until fragrant.

Tips
