Winter melon ( 800g ) | Pork Ribs ( 600g ) |
Barley ( 50g ) | Ginger ( 3 slices ) |
Cooking wine ( 15 ml ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make barley, winter melon and pork ribs soup

1.Main ingredients.

2. Wash the ribs with warm water and put them into the pot, add enough water and pour in Cooking wine.

3.Put in 3-4 slices of ginger.

4. Bring to a boil over high heat and continue to cook for about 2 minutes.

5. Remove the ribs and wash away the foam on the surface with warm water.

6.Put enough water into the stew pot and add the washed barley.

7.Add the ribs.

8.After the fire is boiled, use a spoon to skim off the foam.

9.Turn down the heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

10.Peel the winter melon and cut the flesh into pieces of about three to four centimeters.

Tips
1.If you have enough time, you can soak the ribs in water in advance to drain the blood.
