Ingredients
Cucumber ( One ) | Enoki mushrooms ( 80g ) |
Mushrooms ( 20g ) | Salt ( appropriate amount )div> |
Sesame oil ( A few drops ) |
How to make cucumber and enoki mushroom soup

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the cucumber at a 45-degree angle and cut the cucumber into 5 cm segments.

3.Put the cut cucumber segments upright and then slice them into nice diamond-shaped slices.

4. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems.

5. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

6.Tear the mushroom stems into thin shreds by hand.

7.Clean the enoki mushrooms, remove the roots, and cut them into sections of about 5 cm.

8. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

9.Add enoki mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and boil again.

10. Add the cucumber slices and cook for another three to four minutes.

11.Turn off the heat and add salt to taste.

12.Add a few drops of sesame oil to enhance fragrance.
