How to make mung bean syrup

1. Prepare the required ingredients, mung beans.

2. Soak the mung beans in clean water for about 8 hours.You can change the water in the middle and soak the mung beans.That’s it! The picture below shows the mung beans that I have soaked.

3. Soak the mung beans and put them into the pot.Add an appropriate amount of water until the water reaches the pot.Half is about right.

4. Cook the rice cooker for about 20 minutes

5.Cook until the mung beans bloom

6.After the mung beans bloom, add rock sugar, stir evenly, cover the pot and simmer until the rock sugar melts.(You can test the sweetness in the middle)
