Enoki mushrooms ( 100g ) | Tomato ( 2 ) |

How to make tomato and enoki mushroom soup

1.Cut off some roots of the enoki mushrooms and divide them into small handfuls

2.Tomato Cut into small pieces,

3. Heat the pot, add a few drops of oil and stir-fry over low heat Garlic

4.Add tomatoes and continue to stir-fry

5.Add water and bring to a boil

6.Add salt to taste

7. Bring the water to a boil, add the enoki mushrooms, cook over high heat for one minute and then turn off the heat

Tips
