Ingredients
Potatoes (1) | Fresh cabbage (appropriate amount span> ) |
Dried cabbage ( 1 handful ) | Pork spine ( 1kg ) |
Perilla powder ( 1 spoon ) | Soybean flour ( 1 spoon ) |
Broth ( appropriate amount ) | Grated ginger ( a little ) |
Doenjang ( 1 spoon ) | Chili powder ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( half spoon ) | Minced green chili pepper ( 1 spoon ) |

1.Cut potatoes in half

2. Steam potatoes for about 20 minutes

3.Blanched Chinese cabbage

4.Put in dried cabbage and cook for 15 minutes, then soak for about 10 minutes

5.Remove the roots of cooked dry cabbage

6. Boil cold water under the pork spine, remove and set aside
