How to make Lixia Kueh

1.Put the mushrooms and fungus , soak the cuttlefish together for five or six hours

2. Chop cuttlefish and shiitake mushrooms and set aside

3. Chop garlic sprouts and bean sprouts and set aside

4. Put the meat in the pan and fry the oil.Add the onion, ginger and garlic to the pan.Then add the cuttlefish and lean meat and stir-fry together.Then add the peas and salt according to the softness of the ingredients.Stir-fry in order of degree,

5. Stir-fry vegetables until medium cooked, add light soy sauce, Stir-fry the dark soy sauce until the kueh sticks to the pan, add water and cook until thickened.Finally, add some chicken essence and green onion leaves.Remove from the pan.

6.The delicious Lixia Kueh is out of the oven and tastes great
