Fan bone ( 500g ) | Papaya ( one ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger slices ( 4-5 slices ) |
How to make papaya fan bone soup

1.Rinse the ribs and rinse with water, skim off the scum

2.Peel and cut the papaya into pieces, a little thicker but not too thin.Don’t make the papaya too ripe.This is just right for me

3.Put in a few slices of ginger to remove the fishy smell and simmer over high heat for 30 minutes

4. Pour in the papaya and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, add salt to taste
