How to make winter melon and egg soup

1.Peel and dice the winter melon

2.Beat the eggs with a little salt

3.Hot pot, cold oil

4.Add in the winter melon and stir-fry for two minutes

Tips
In the past, when making soup, I boiled water directly and then put in the ingredients.I felt it was not flavorful enough.It is better to stir-fry the ingredients before making the soup.
